Customer success specialist

But we’re not stopping there, our goal is to be the world's most used email marketing service for small businesses.

As a customer success specialist your main focus will be...

To help our customers grow their businesses through email marketing and making sure they get maximum value from our service. You will coach customers in everything from email marketing strategies to technical functions in the tool. 

More specifically, during the first year your main focus will be:

  • Give support to customers primarily via mail and phone. After your first three months you are expected to be able to handle around 50 customer requests a day

  • Proactively help customers understand email marketing and our tool better through PDFs, guides, webinars etc leading to less support and happier customers

  • Create a world class customer experience that our customers talk about with everyone they know

What kind of skills and experience do you need for this job

A proven track record of being able to quickly understand what the customer need and developing long term relationships by setting them first. You have most likely worked in sales, marketing or support before and have the ability to explain technical things in a non technical way and a broad understanding of online marketing and especially email marketing. You are fluent in English and Swedish

Workplace and culture

Here we could have written a text filled with clichés, but how authentic would that be? We will instead describe how a workday, more or less, would look like.

After you have said hi to Emma and Mattias (they are the ones that arrives first to the office) you can start your day with a fresh brewed cup of coffee. When Simon arrives, he makes sure music plays through the speakers. Around ten, everyone is gathered for coffee break where we for example talk about conspiracy theories. You can eat your lunch at the office or go out for lunch (Simon will recommend Amida, but there are a lot more restaurants to explore). You may also during the day hear Lotta's infectious laugh when she is talking to our customers - and there you have a pretty typical day.​
